Biography
Ohm Mobility (later rebranded as Ohm Daily) was a Bengaluru-based EV financing and leasing platform. It bridged EV fleet operators, gig workers, OEMs, and battery companies with banks and NBFCs, utilizing IoT and telematics data to assess asset health and risk.
Cause of Death
The startup was unable to establish a scalable and sustainable business model despite trying multiple approaches and executing a pivot to target daily earners/gig workers. Navigating a capital-intensive EV ecosystem without unlocking strong unit economics or long-term growth ultimately led to winding down operations.
