Biography
Swish.ai (originally DeepCoding.ai) was an enterprise AI platform that provided hyperautomation and real-time intelligence for IT Service Management (ITSM). The software integrated with existing ITSM tools to automate ticket triaging, routing, and incident detection.
Cause of Death
Swish.ai entered insolvency proceedings after experiencing severe cash-flow difficulties. Factors contributing to its financial collapse included the erosion of revenue from a weak US dollar, challenging conditions for raising new capital due to high interest rates and regional security uncertainties, and the fast-paced nature of tech startup cash depletion during periods of operational friction. The Tel Aviv District Court approved a fast-track asset sale of the company to enterprise AI company Unframe for $150,000.
